Volunteer at an

Operation Christmas Child

Processing Centre

A vital part of the Operation Christmas Child year takes place behind the scenes in the weeks that follow Drop-off Locations being open. It’s during this period that thousands of generous supporters donate their time to manually check hundreds of thousands of shoeboxes for safety and customs compliance before they’re sent to children in need around the world. Volunteers at processing centres also pack our Shoebox Online gifts.

See below for details of this year's processing centres:

You or your group will be able to register to volunteer for specific locations, dates and sessions from early September when we open our online booking system. So please check back on this page at that time.

Shoebox Online Packing in January 2025

National Ministry Centre, Coventry PC

“I took my wife and three boys to the warehouse in the West Midlands. We were going to do just the morning, but we ended up staying all day.  We all loved it and will definitely go and help again.  That place is like a little piece of heaven.  My boys had been learning about the love of God at kids’ church the Sunday before.  When we came back one of them said to me, ‘It was great to be able to send God’s love to children who need it.’  It was so great to hear my child say that.”
