Contingency Week

Due to the unknown nature of processing with Operation Christmas Child we are offering these sessions for you to book on to the waiting list. These sessions may not happen depending on the number of boxes we have donated and the speed at which each of our centres have been checking them. If we decide that we need these sessions we will contact those on the waiting list and give them the first refusal on spaces within the sessions. 

If you sign up for the waiting list but then make other plans please cancel your booking so we can accurately assess which sessions have sufficient volunteers to warrant activating.

Processing Centre Location

On entering Crosspoint Business Park, at the first roundabout take the 2nd exit. At the 2nd roundabout take the 3rd exit followed by the 1st left. The car park is then on your left. If the car park is full, staff will direct to other parking.

Things you will need to know

There is parking available onsite. Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift begins and wear warm layered clothing. Complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks will be available. Feel free to bring the Christmas joy with Christmas jumpers and hats!
