Children in impoverished communities are especially vulnerable to malnutrition, which can stunt bone growth and affect the brain, immune system, and eyes— resulting in chronic illness, blindness, and even death. In Liberia, where one in three children under age 5 is malnourished, our projects provide specially formulated food to help babies grow healthy and prepare them for a brighter future.
