APPEAL: Hope for Gaza

“Countless men, women, and children in Gaza are in desperate need of basic supplies,” explained Executive Director of Samaritan’s Purse UK, Daniel Zeidan. “Samaritan’s Purse has been responding in Israel and Gaza since the war began, and we need to get more basic necessities to families who are desperate.”
The lack of sanitation in overcrowded displacement camps has made thousands vulnerable to the spread of disease—and these kits can help.

These supplies will also help restore dignity to the lives of people who have lost almost everything.
In Coventry at the Samaritan’s Purse National Ministry Centre, a dedicated team of volunteers spent days packing hygiene kits, which included items such as soap, toilet paper, toothbrushes, feminine hygiene items, razors, comb, shampoo, washcloth, and other essentials, as well as a drawstring bag to carry them in.
“It costs about £20 to pack a hygiene kit”, explains Zeidan “and these are essentials for a family for one month.”
Every package is a chance to show families in Gaza that they are loved, and that the Lord has not forgotten them in their time of need.
