We are looking to appoint a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join the Executive’s Office of Samaritan’s Purse International (SP) and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), to act as a front of house and to provide administrative support for the office of these two charities, which work closely together as ‘Partners in the Gospel’.
This role is suited to an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude and an ability to work flexibility, both as part of a team and on own initiative. As part of the Executive’s Office team, you will be a first point of contact for all visitors, ensure all day to day reception housekeeping is maintained to a professional standard, manage the main SP and BGEA switchboards, and carry out a variety of administrative duties on behalf of the Executive Office.
You should have a confident, professional and friendly manner, be well presented, self-motivated with good administration and PC skills. Ideally you will have had Switchboard experience as well as that of working in a customer-centric office environment.
