Logistics Officer

The events in Ukraine have led to an opportunity to support our Operations Manager (based in Oldbury) in procurement and logistics for both this role in Ukraine and also with Operation Christmas Child.  The role is challenging and requires tenacity plus the ability to ‘spin plates’ and cope with change.  There may be a requirement to work some hours outside the normal working day.  However the work is incredibly rewarding.

In the first instance please send a CV and covering letter detailing any relevant experience and why you are interested in applying for this role

In accordance with the Equality Act of 2010 and due to the nature of the role there is an ‘occupational requirement’ for the post holder to be a committed Christian.  The job holder should be committed to the purpose of SPI and be able to demonstrate enthusiasm for the Christian purposes of the organisation and be able to live out, hold to, support and contribute to its Christian ethos.
