IT Support Analyst

The leading Christian Evangelical charity Samaritans Purse, require a IT Support Analyst for an amazing new role.

The IT Support Analyst works within the organization to respond to incidents and service requests via the following: personal interaction, professional ticketing system, telephone, and email. Deploy, install, image, support, and maintain end-user computing hardware and applications. The IT Support Analyst will be able to analyze and document problems to provide resolution or determine if escalation to higher tier support is required. They will also provide strong customer service via written, telephone, and personal communication.

  • 2-5 years’ CRM/ERP/Donor Management system administration experience
  • MS SQL
  • Mail Merge
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
