When conflict or disaster strikes, local medical facilities are often left in ruins with no way to care for the sick and injured seeking help. During the battle for Mosul, Iraq, we set up our Emergency Field Hospital—a mobile medical facility outfitted with trauma care and an operating suite—near the front lines of battle, treating critically wounded patients. In Bangladesh, we established a clinic in response to the outbreak of diphtheria that threatened thousands of Rohingya refugees. As Samaritan’s Purse rushes emergency
medical care to these disaster zones, we also tell hurting people about Jesus, who can heal their hearts and cleanse them of sin. Your gift will equip our medical teams to respond to the next crisis—saving lives and sharing the hope of the Gospel.
