Nancy’s children often missed school because the dirty water they drank made them very sick with waterborne diseases, like typhoid. Once, Nancy (pictured) was so ill that she had to be hospitalised for a month. Her medical bills forced the family to sell their only cow, just to make ends meet. Nancy was overjoyed when they received a household filter from Samaritan’s Purse that provides a consistent source of safe drinking water for her family.

For £75, we can give a family a water filter and tell them about Jesus, who promises that “he who believes in Me … out of his heart will flow rivers of living water” (John 7:38).
