Care for Mothers and Babies

MANY MOTHERS-TO-BE who visit our health centre in Colombia are suffering from malnutrition. A majority of them are Venezuelans who have fled their homeland. Jennifer is a patient who came to us with indicators of a high-risk pregnancy. We gave her nutritional supplements and did ultrasounds to monitor her child’s development inside the womb. We have provided similar life-saving assistance in Cambodia, Vietnam, Kenya, Liberia, and South Africa.
