If you have made an error in your one-off donation or if you change your mind about wishing to donate to the Samaritan’s Purse, we will happily refund your donation, provided that you contact us within 14 days of the donation being made. Your refund will be credited to the card from which it was taken.
To request a refund, please call 020 8559 1180 or email DonorMinistries@samaritans-purse.org.uk with the subject ‘Donation refund’ and include your name and address and the donation amount that you would like refunded.
If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider.
