Watch the heartwarming story of a lonely little girl living in an orphanage, who receives an adventurous stuffed lion in an Operation Christmas Child shoebox. The gift and a child’s letter enclosed in the box help Lola experience God’s love, realising that she is never alone.
We believe Lola’s uplifting story—which is perfect family viewing—will inspire you as you see the impact of a simple shoebox gift this season.
We encourage you to watch the film and tell your family and friends—and your church—about it. Why not share it on your social media pages, too?
You can still pick and pack a box yourself and drop it off at a location near you, between 5-14 December.
If you have a shoebox ready and waiting to go or you are just adding the finishing touches, don’t forget to make your project donation online and include a barcode in your box so you can discover which country it gets sent to.
For information on your nearest covid-secure Drop-off Location please check our online look-up tool. We also recommend double checking this on the day you plan to visit, as details such as opening times are updated regularly to reflect any recent changes as a result of Covid-19
There’s still time to pack a shoebox gift online this year. You simply choose whether to pack for a boy or girl, which age group, select your gifts, add a personalised note or photo and we’ll pack and send them for you. You could even create a goal page and pack online together towards a target with your family, friends, church or group.
